Asriel Dreemurr is the 4th main character shifted that the player meets in Storyshift, Shift 1. Not wanting to capture the human, but still wanting to enter into the royal guard, lead by his mother, Toriel. He takes the role of Papyrus from the original Undertale.

Asriel has never wanted to capture the human, unlike Papyrus, but still has a fierce desire to enter the royal guard. Asriel flirts with the human at times, revealing that he’s also rather silly.
Asriel wants to join the royal guard to make his mother—Toriel—proud of him, and he also really wants to follow in her footsteps. But he wont follow so much that he would kill Frisk.
